In order to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture, enhance the safety production awareness and self-protection ability of the staff, put an end to safety accidents, promote learning by competition, build a learning organization, and actively guide the staff to firmly establish the concept of safety production. Calsion issued a notice on August 2 to let employees learn safety knowledge in-depth. On August 20, the official examination was selected. If the examination was unqualified, a supplementary examination was required. Until September 3, the competition was successfully held, which lasted for one month. Finally, 10 teams were selected for peak duel.

The theme of this competition is "Strengthening Safety Foundation and promoting safety development", with the goal of preventing and resolving major risks, eliminating potential safety hazards in time and effectively containing production safety accidents. The competition is divided into three parts, covering production safety, fire safety, emergency self-help, disaster prevention and mitigation and other aspects, involving a wide range of knowledge, rich content, strong practicability, and comprehensively examining the safety knowledge level of competitors.

Among them, the first part is to investigate the safety knowledge level of the competitors, the second part is to test the unity and cooperation of the teams, and the third part is to show the courage and responsibility of the competitors. In order to better reflect the fairness of the competition, red envelopes, phone calls, black-and-white matches, stone scissors were used during the competition to make the competition climax. After intense and fierce competition, the champion team, the runner-up and the second runner-up were born successfully.
